Each aluminum alloy frame undergoes precision robot welding and repeated vibration stress testing to guarantee long-term structural stability. The 750W hub motor is calibrated repeatedly to ensure smooth acceleration and low noise operation. The 48V 17.5Ah lithium battery adopts standard automotive-grade cell, and passes multiple charge-discharge cycle aging tests to avoid overheating, overcharge and short circuit risks.
