Where is your factory located? How far is it from the airport / city hotel?

Our factory is located in Yongkang,zhejiang, China. It is approximately 2.5 hours from the Shanghai PVG . We welcome visitors and can arrange transportation upon request.

How long does it take from Guangzhou to your factory?

It takes approximately 6 hours by high speed train from Guangzhou to our factory. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange pick-up.

Do you have an office in Shanghai or Guangzhou that I can visit?

We currently have our main operations at our factory location. However, we can arrange to meet you at our office or showroom in [city] if needed. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

What types of electric vehicles do you offer?

Can you design the equipment according to our size or specifications?

Is OEM acceptable?

Absolutely. We welcome OEM orders. You can provide your own branding, packaging, and design specifications, and we will manufacture accordingly.

Can I only buy some spare parts from you?

What is your products' standardization / manufacturing standard?

Our standard delivery time is 10days for in-stock items and 45-60days for production orders, depending on the order quantity and customization requirements.

Can I deliver goods from other suppliers to your factory and load together?

Yes, we can consolidate shipping. You may arrange for other suppliers' goods to be delivered to our factory, and we can load everything together in one container to save on shipping costs.

Can you send your equipment to my warehouse in Guangzhou?

Yes, we can arrange domestic delivery to your designated warehouse in Guangzhou or any other city in China. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

How do you pack the equipment?

We use professional export packaging to ensure your products arrive safely. This typically includes strong cartons with foam protection, steel frames, or wooden crates, depending on the model and shipping method.

Do you ship internationally? What about customs and duties?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We can provide the necessary shipping documents to assist with customs clearance. We also have local warehouses in some countries for faster delivery.

How many days do you need to install the equipment?

Our electric vehicles require minimal assembly upon arrival. Most models come partially assembled and can be fully set up within 15 minutes by following the included manual.

Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?

Yes, we can arrange for our technicians to travel to your location for installation and training, depending on the order size and destination. Additional costs for travel and accommodation will apply.

Do you have a detailed and professional installation manual?

Yes, every product comes with a comprehensive installation and user manual. We also provide video tutorials and online technical support if needed.

Can the equipment be installed under hot or cold weather?

Yes, our equipment is designed to operate in a wide range of temperatures. However, we recommend avoiding extreme weather conditions during installation for the safety of the installers. For battery care, please avoid exposing the battery to temperatures below -10°C or above 45°C for extended periods.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Charging time varies by model and battery capacity. Typically, it takes 6-8 hours for a full charge using the standard charger provided.

What type of battery does the equipment use? How long is the battery life?

We use high-quality lithium-ion batteries. Battery life depends on usage and maintenance but typically lasts 800 charge cycles (with more than *0% volume remain ) years under normal use.

Do you provide free spare parts?

We provide free spare parts for warranty claims within the warranty period. For non-warranty issues, spare parts are available for purchase.

What is your warranty policy?
